I spent some time this summer getting to know my sister -- I talk to her, but she doesn't talk back yet! (In fact, I keep TELLING mommy that when she talks to Maria.)
And I'm helping Maria learn some new things -- like how to lay on her tummy. I think it's easy,but she doesn't like it!

And I helped mom too -- we painted the stripe on the front step so that we can see where the front step ends.
That helps us not fall down, and our grandmas both appreciate it too!

And I painted something else too -- my toes! The kids in the neighborhood (OK, so they're all girls) painted their toes, and I really wanted mine painted too.
(Especially since teacher Michelle at school paints hers!) So, Mrs. Massey lent us some nail polish and I got pretty blue toenails!

And after all that painting it was time for a bath. I used my bathtime to practice swimming -- because we're going to visit the grandparents and they have pools!
