Late in December, Christmas was finally approaching. The whole family (including Aunt Margie) went to the zoo for the zoo lights.
Tommy wasn't too sure about the noisy steam engine, even though it was all decorated withi lights. Mom finally convinced him to go
on the train by promising to cover his ears when the whistle blew.

We saw lots of other pretty lights - including butterflies and dragonflies. Very appropriate since Tommy's in the Butterfly room at school, and they often
work with the Dragonfly room!

Tommy even greeted the dressed up characters -- an otter and a chipmunk!

And of course, we decorated the house -- with a tree and our pyramid and creche.
