August has one of our favorite events: Big Truck Day! One of our local rec centers brings in big trucks of all kinds and the kids can climb on them and explore them. Pretty cool.
They had everything from bulldozers to pick-up trucks!
That monster truck is pretty high, no wonder Maria looks scared!
They had a garbage truck where Tommy could press the button to lift the garbage can. And Tommy discovered he's too tall for the front loader.
And they had the ever popular fire trucks!
And the world famous (or is it just Wisconsin famous?) Wienermobile was there!
It was one of the hottest days of the year, so when we went inside to cool off, we discovered that the model of the rec center was having Big Truck Day too!
